The core of the program, this 75-minute session combines cardio, strength training, dance and plyometrics with a relaxing yoga-based cooldown. As in all Casey's classes, there is an emphasis on proper form and breathing technique.
Soundtrack: 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's classic and hard rock. You'll be riding 150 Marshall watts of energy that will keep you moving, sweating and smiling.

Purely strength training. Casey will introduce you to the benefits of resistance training (including heightened metabolism, fat loss, improved circulation and hormonal balance). For the beginners, she will debunk the myths surrounding muscle building for women, and demystify your gym's resistance equipment.

In this running group for beginners, you'll learn proper body mechanics and breathing technique, as well as ways to make your "run" time more interesting, keeping you motivated. Casey combines a synchronized, downloadable soundtrack with running, dancing and walking styles.
Soundtrack: Pop, rock and hip-hop. No Journey.

She will teach you how to make healthier choices in your daily life, and how you can make a life-long commitment to fitness, on your terms.
